We do not ship to countries not included in the regions listed above.


B. Processing & Transit Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ship orders promptly.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated Transit Times

- United States: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–28 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on destination, customs procedures, and carrier conditions.


C. Delivery Terms

We partner with USPS and other reliable international couriers depending on the destination. Transit times may vary outside our control due to postal service delays or customs inspections.


D. Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

E. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions.


F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please decline the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the package was left at your address without your presence and is found damaged, please notify us so we can assist with the next steps.


G. Taxes & Duties

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis whenever possible. This means that import taxes and duties are typically included in the product price. However, in rare cases, local customs authorities may charge additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


H. Shipping Coverage Limitations

If a region is not listed under our available shipping destinations, we currently do not provide delivery services to that location.
